I work with clients worldwide using RTT - a specialised form of hypnotherapy devised by Marisa Peer. I also utilise other methods of hypnosis, including change techniques and conversational reframing. Bespoke audios may also be created. The type of hypnotherapy I offer usually provides significant improvements within 1 to 3 sessions and I work with men, women and children using a personally tailored approach.

I can treat most issues but mainly work with anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-worth, self-sabotage, PTSD and trauma, phobias, and limiting beliefs of all kinds.

I work flexible hours, online worldwide, and in person in Thurso, Caithness - in the Scottish Highlands.

I am a fully-insured practitioner holding multiple hypnotherapy qualifications, including psychotherapy. The first call with me is free.
