Body Connection Pilates is the great place if you are looking for the Pilates Studio in Tweed Heads South. Our studio provides individually tailored classes. You can choose from Private classes, Splits (2 – 1 ratio) or Group classes (3 -1 ). Our Mat classes are capped at 6 per class. Each class is different & unique so that we can work on different areas of your body & find and ‘wake up’ all those weak points in your system.
