Info
Window repair in Bethesda, MD covers the apartment and condominium buildings as well as the houses, and their units need a different kind of work. Most of these windows are aluminum or clad, with insulated glass, spring balances, casement operators, and sliding panels on patio openings. Clouded units are replaced as Cardinal glass under a 20-year manufacturer warranty, set into the existing frame. Balances and operators are matched to the unit's make and size. Sliding panels that drag are refitted with new rollers and adjusted on their track. Locks and keepers are renewed so each window closes and secures properly, and every part fitted is covered for a year. For managers, the work can be scheduled floor by floor, with each unit's repairs listed separately so costs can be allocated to the right owner.
