Radon is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that you cannot see, smell, or taste and the EPA identifies Middle Tennessee, including Davidson, Wilson, Smith, Maury, Williamson, and Rutherford Counties, as a high-probability radon zone. That's why we recommend every home be tested, regardless of location, age, or foundation type.
