AY Massage Therapy is a qualified and experienced massage practice in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, led by Andy Young, a BSc (Hons) sports development graduate, FHT member, and physiotherapist assistant with hands-on experience in neurological care including cerebral palsy and post-stroke rehabilitation.



Treatments include full sports massage, Swedish full body massage, aromatherapy, back and shoulder massage, Indian head massage, and reflexology. Sessions are available at Nexus Health in Tunbridge Wells, at Andy's own property, or in the comfort of your own home. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointment slots are all available.
