We deliver Hamanaka-farmed sea urchin to customers nationwide via うに 通販 are carefully raised over a period of approximately three years—starting from tiny juveniles—in the rich waters of Hamanaka, Hokkaido, and fed exclusively on natural kelp.
Only a limited number of fishermen engage in sea urchin farming in Hamanaka, and among them, very few operators personally oversee the entire process—from cultivation and processing to sales.
Customers highly praise the rich sweetness that spreads the moment you take a bite and the way the urchin melts in your mouth.
During the summer, we also offer a limited quantity of Hamanaka-sourced Hanasaki crab, allowing you to enjoy the seasonal flavors unique to Hokkaido.
