Flow in Nature is a wellbeing practice created to support people in reconnecting with balance, clarity, and a stronger sense of ease in their lives. Founded by Isabel, the practice reflects more than 25 years of work exploring integrative approaches to wellbeing and the ways in which people can feel more energised, grounded, and connected within themselves.



The approach at Flow in Nature is gentle, thoughtful, and tailored to the individual. Isabel combines evidence-based methods with nature-informed practices to create sessions that reflect each person’s goals, challenges, and wider life context. Rather than focusing only on immediate symptoms, the practice looks more broadly at the patterns and influences affecting wellbeing, helping clients move towards lasting change and a greater sense of alignment across mind, body, and daily life.
