Located at 22 Elemag Street, Izgrev District, Sofia, Sama Pilates is the first 1:1 on-demand Reformer Pilates studio in Bulgaria, offering a unique self-guided training experience. Instead of following a traditional instructor-led class, clients choose the program that best matches their goals and complete their workout independently at their own pace.



The studio offers programs for beginners, advanced practitioners, prenatal Pilates, post-injury recovery, and improving posture, mobility, balance, and strength. Every workout is professionally designed to provide a safe and effective Reformer Pilates experience while allowing each client the flexibility to train whenever it suits them.
