We paint, repair, weld, and restore fire escapes in Queens. That’s the whole business. Not general contracting. Not five boroughs. Not exterior painting with fire escapes as a sideline. One structure type, one borough, and one crew handling the steel work and coating together. Fire escapes are usually noticed twice: when a tenant sees something wrong and when a city inspector does. By then, rust may have been developing for years. Our work sits between those two moments: assessing what is there, correcting the condition, and protecting the steel so the repair lasts.
