I'm Mark Vigil Dombeck, PhD, a licensed psychologist in Alameda, CA with 30+ years of experience. I work with adults and couples on complex trauma (CPTSD), adult neurodiversity (ADHD and autism), executive function, and relationship issues, including cases where these challenges overlap and amplify each other.
