Ian The Chiro is an assessment-led chiropractic clinic in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, providing personalised, non-invasive care for musculoskeletal pain and movement problems. We commonly assess back pain, neck pain, slipped disc and sciatica concerns, headaches and migraine-like symptoms, pinched nerve symptoms, shoulder and joint pain, posture-related discomfort, scoliosis concerns and sports injuries.



Every new patient begins with a detailed consultation covering their symptoms, health history, movement, daily habits and goals before care is recommended. Depending on the assessment, care may include chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation advice and practical self-management guidance.
