Breaking into the hospitality industry can feel overwhelming without the right experience. For this very reason, Barista Training Melbourne offers practical, hands-on training for anyone looking to work in Melbourne's coffee and hospitality industry. Our barista short course runs for five hours in a small class environment, giving each student direct time on commercial espresso machines, grinders, and the full range of cafe equipment. You learn how to extract espresso correctly, steam and texture milk, prepare drinks across a standard Australian coffee menu, and clean and maintain the machine after service. Trainers bring real cafe experience into every session, so what you learn reflects what employers in Melbourne expect.
