After spending six years working for a large pest control corporation, I began to notice something that didn’t sit right with me. The focus was shifting more and more toward numbers, sales targets, and quotas. The people we were supposed to be helping – homeowners, business owners, and facility managers – were becoming secondary to hitting company goals.

That’s when I knew there had to be a better way to do things.

In 2018, I founded Fieldtech Integrated Pest Solutions with a simple idea: treat every customer the way I would want my own family or business to be treated. That means taking the time to truly understand the problem, avoiding unnecessary pesticide use, and finding real solutions that actually prevent pests from coming back.
