I have a specialty in school safety and security best practices and innovations, Incident Command (ICS) and emergency planning for schools, data analysis, teacher coaching, curriculum design, creating and sustaining independent, data-driven grade-level teams and PLCs, and writing, editing, and turn keyed corrective action plans.
