Executive Director Dorothy Williams, BA, has led regional operations across multiple programs, overseeing compliance, quality improvement, and staff development for community-based and residential services. Founder Carson Spivey brings his background as both the operator of a San Diego Adult Residential Facility and as the founder of a national consulting initiative that has helped more than 100 providers launch Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) agencies. Together, they embody a unique blend of hands-on operational expertise and system-level innovation.
