Dr. Christopher Drennen is a Board Certified periodontist who has treated thousands of patients over his 10+ years of practice. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, from a Sicilian-Irish household, he grew up in Coral Springs and graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. He has received a Leadership Award from the International College of Dentists in addition to many other recognitions attained while serving as class president throughout all four years of dental school at NSU-CDM.After attaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Florida license to practice, Dr. Drennen pursued a postgraduate residency in periodontology at NSU-CDM and was trained during his three-year residency in practicing comprehensive periodontal treatment, along with training in dental implant surgery. He has received advanced training in the Chao Pinhole® technique for scalpel- and suture-free gum grafting.
