The old premise was, Old Jurong Road Ten Milestone, near Yuhua Primary School formerly known as Joo Hwa Public School (公立裕华学校). In 1970, Min Ann Medical Hall was moved to commercial shophouses. Mr Low’s eldest son, Mr. Low Chu Mong, assisted in managing the medical hall and learnt from his father to provide Chinese medicine treatment services for patients. In 1983, Min Ann Medical Hall moved to the present premise at Jurong East, Blk 252. This time, Mr Low’s third son, Mr. Low Chow Long, under the guidance of his father and oldest brother, took over the operation of Min Ann Medical Hall.
