Description:13 Alexandra Gardens provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours which, due to their diagnosis may be seen as challenging. The twelve bed, mixed gender, community based service in the heart of the local community, promotes social inclusion through meaningful community engagement. Residents are supported to develop social networks and engage in a range of activities to live purposeful lives.
