Description:

In my practice, I often see clients who are struggling with anxiety or depression. Some clients also have Post Traumatic Stress or other traumatic events they are trying to make sense of. There are some fantastic methods of recovery. For years I have been trained in techniques like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Neurofeedback to help speed the healing process along.
