Loyalty Fitness offers private personal training in Greenwich, CT. Workout one-on-one with a certified personal trainer in our fitness studio - not a big gym. Each session is appointment-based to ensure privacy, safety, and cleanliness for our clients. Our unique super-slow strength training method is based on scientific evidence to get results in as little as 30 minutes twice a week. It is a safe and effective exercise for our youth, seniors, and pregnant women.
