CASA Schools offers Gourmet Chef Programs using the mentor/apprentice model of education where students learn one-on-one in established Los Angeles restaurants from a professional chef.



The CASA Schools Gourmet Chef Program includes specialty lessons in Artisan Baking, Restaurateur and Pastry Chef.



This real world experience cannot be duplicated in a classroom or lab kitchen and provides an excellent foundation for future chefs or restaurant owners.
