Looking at a wellness retreat in Wales for your next vacation? We take a break from our extremely chaotic lives every year to unwind and refresh. Unlike a typical vacation, which is simply a break from one's daily routine, our wellness retreats in Wales give a haven for a deeper emotional and physical withdrawal from the demands and strains of ordinary life.

Wellness retreats provide a healthy alternative to a traditional vacation, with delicious healthy meals, healing therapies, counselling, meditation, yoga, and much more. We offer various services from well-known guests providing their services such as Louise Downey, Gail Stewart, Kerry Sanson, Laura Gancarek, Maris Lyons, and Gabi Annis. These providers bring their skills and knowledge to share and use during our wellness retreats in Wales. Here at Mind Crafted Retreats, we also provide other Services like Wellbeing Day’s which we have a different therapies and themes, from Cacao ceremony to Nia Dancing to Electromagnetic Acupuncture.
