Over two kitted-out floors of fitness, find the workout that suits you. We've got signature small group training, hard and fast spin classes, free weights to pin-and-plates.

Our gym area features a fully-equipped loading zone, precor treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent and upright bikes, all with touch screens. And, when you're done for the day, head to the local cafes for post-workout fuel.

It's all at Balance New Lambton, with 24/7 access available.
