I am wondering whether I should evict the renters to sell the property fast. There is a small strip mall that I own with my cousin and there are three month-on-month renters. We are both to get some cash out of the property now. Now the question here is whether it will sell faster if it is vacant. Legally, also we will have to give the renters a notice of 30 days. In other words, does it means that it will take more than a month to sell this property?
