We’re a team of health practitioners who are passionate about getting you back to feeling great every day.

Combined, we share a wealth of knowledge and experience which allows us to look after you, no matter what stage of your life you’re in.

Our goal is to help you find the cause of your pain and create a tailored treatment plan that enables you to return to what you love doing.

Every body and situation is unique. We offer a range of services including chiropractic, physiotherapy, wellness & detoxification and remedial massage.

We prefer using hands-on treatment techniques. This allows us to gently discover what’s going on with your body and get to the bottom of what’s causing your condition. We will spend as much time with you as we need to ensure you receive the best advice, treatment and care you deserve.

A wide range of therapies are available at our clinic, including: active release technique, Graston Technique, The McKenzie Method, The Sarah Key Method, cold laser therapy, ROCKTAPE, and dry needling.
