The LPA provides top resources to landlords such as landlord forms, property management forms, leases, tenant screening credit reports and even credit bureau posting for bad rent debts that tenants owe.



Our credit reporting division, Quick Check Credit Reports, Inc. was formed as a part of The LPA website to bring low-cost access to tenant screening reports LPA members and visitors.

Our credit bureau posting division Landlord Collection Agency, Inc. allows members to post bad debts of their tenants to the credit bureau in order to encourage them to pay their past due debts to their former landlord.

The majority of The LPA's business has been for the sales memberships which include the complete package of all the forms and other benefits.
