Alcohol and Drug Evaluation Nebraska are NON-DUI assessments (also known as substance abuse assessments). They do not evaluate for drinking and driving or driving under the influence of drugs. They are also not drug test referrals. If you have ever driven home a little quickly after drinking, let your friend who you knew has some weed on him into your car, or had a few drinks at a party and then drove, you have probably been to a DUI office. The Idaho courts require that people who have been arrested for DUI or other crimes be referred for an alcohol or drug evaluation by a law enforcement officer.
