Roll Deep BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy based in Nottingham.



Jiu Jitsu is a combat sport based on the concept that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a stronger opponent.



Our Nottingham based Jiu Jitsu academy is a friendly and welcoming environment for beginners looking to get started. We provide a mix of high quality instruction from our Brown Belt coach, Carlos, with a community of supportive practitioners.
