The Ceceilyn Miller Institute for Leadership & Diversity in America (CMI) is one of America's most innovative leadership and diversity training non-profit organizations. CMI is dedicated to social justice and leadership development. Our K-12 Student Programs put peer leadership at the forefront, where peer mediators commonly engage in anti-bullying training and diversity training. Our K-12 Staff Training programs explore bullying prevention, suicide prevention, and creating safe zones for LGBTQA+ persons. Our College & University programs include our various Student Leadership Conferences, as well as leadership training that provides a powerful learning experience for student leaders. We also provide diversity training for offices, workplace harassment training, and cultural training for the police. It is our goal to empower the individuals we work with so that we can build and learn together.
