Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd - OIKIA offers the Best Laundry Drying Rack in Kampong Ubi. We are a young company incorporated in 2015, started off with only one product ‘Telescopic laundry rack’, it has been successfully selling thousands of sets.



However, we are not stopping at one product, due to great support and feedback from our customers, we launched a new product “Winch System Ceiling Rack (WR-20)” on 2017 which created another popular demand from many home owners, especially owners from BTO and old HDB flat, our “Winch System Ceiling Rack” is much easier for elderly or helper to handle daily heavy laundry drying process.







In 2018, we continued launched “Automated Laundry System”, same year, our trademark “OIKIA” was registered. We will continue to provide competitive pricing, best service and best products for our customer.
