The world has weathered two waves of Covid19 already, so I am finally selling my home this spring. Who knows what will happen next? Who knows if there will be another wave of lockdowns, making it difficult to show and sell homes by listing and selling through licensed agents?



I have no way of knowing the future, of course, so I have decided to locate a buyer for my home and get it sold as quickly as possible on my own. Finding a homebuyer who can pay cash and close fast would be the ideal situation, and it is my focus now. Taking responsibility for finding someone to purchase my home directly from me, with no agent involved, is a new experience for me.



When a homeowner locates a buyer on their own, they must have a plan for the day when an interested buyer is ready to sign a purchase agreement. How do I know what legal forms are required and where do I obtain them? It would be great to find a buyer who already has all the necessary forms to secure our real estate transaction.
