MYBody was created to provide mental health services for eating disorders, addiction, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, & depression. Our treatment team is comprised of licensed psychologists, counselors, yoga therapists, nutritionists, & eating disorder specialists.



We use evidence-based treatments to meet the needs of individuals, couples, & families in Michigan. Our services include outpatient therapy, eating disorder & mindful meal support groups, DBT groups, yoga therapy, & nutritional services.
