ECO Flex Scheme

This scheme aims to help Sunderland residents who are living in fuel poverty, on low incomes, and that either face high fuel costs or are vulnerable to the effects of living in a cold home.



The energy-saving replacement gas boilers & other measures that we can provide for your home through EXO Flex include Cavity wall insulation, Loft insulation, Heating upgrades, and Replacement gas boilers.
