Our first concern is the solace of our patients!

Dental anxiety is normal and the staff at Z Dentistry needs you to feel great during your procedure. We can help ease the anxiety you may have before a dental procedure by utilizing nitrous oxide gas or an oral narcotic. Both options can make you comfortable but will not put you completely to sleep. Dr. Z will evaluate each patient to determine the best form of sedation.

When should I use oral sedation?

Sedation is ordinarily used for patients who experience dental anxiety or when a patient is having a significant procedure. Our objective with quiet sedation is to help assuage dental anxiety so you won't require sedation for future procedures.

Will sedation "put me under?"

No. Nitrous Oxide and oral sedation are intended to help alleviate anxiety, yet you will be cognizant and alert during the procedure.
