Since our inception in 1995 as a wholesale bakery New York Cakes Pty Ltd, our kitchen grew substantially due to the need for great tasting desserts and is now well known throughout the Sydney cafe, restaurant and club scene for its diverse range of wholesale desserts and savouries. As an Australian family-owned company, we are committed to using the highest quality natural ingredients and traditional baking and mixing methods. Our inspiration originated from the traditional Americana cakes and tarts, and it has now grown to stem from the culture that is breathing life into Sydney’s ever-growing food and dessert scene.
