From there Brooke became a Pilates instructor, later a yoga teacher; went on to receive a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science, and finally a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Being a huge nerd at heart she continues to seek out information which she can use to help people like herself overcome traumatic and chronic injuries.
