This project Involved loads of spray painting, including Porters Paints pearl metallic paint and painting light fittings and vents to match surface colours. Full Exterior restoration of this historic building to become a daycare for kids. A lot thought went into using user friendly coatings that worked in with the old creosote weatherboards, non slip surfaces for timber decking, reglazing and puttying of old windows. The villa with a twist, had 13 colors inside. From blue ceilings to peach walls. Kauri Ply finished with Porters Paints Clearcote, the old scrim was left exposed and made a feature in some places. The paint used was Drikolor which used dry powdered pigments to create the colours.
