Before I fell in love with wedding photography my professional training (BSc) was in Cinematography and Video. Studying the art of creating moving pictures has given me the greatest influence to my style, I try and convey filmic feel in everything I photograph from the way I compose and use light in my images to the way I edit. I aim to capture all of those beautiful moments that happen throughout your day telling your story in an unobtrusive manor but also in a more exciting way than the traditional documentary photographer, I do this by using light, composition and colour in interesting and often dramatic ways drawing on my Cinematography background.
