The final game between Canada and the Soviet Union in 1987 is otherwise known as the Punch-up in Piestany. A fight started between Soviet player Shesterikov and Canadian Sanipass which led to a mass brawl lasting over 20 minutes. Incidents like "fighting like it was for the world title" and "the greatest head-butt I've ever seen" were among over a dozen different fights spread across the ice.
