Since 1990, The Red Sea has been a Minneapolis destination for authentic Ethiopian & Eritrean food. Our menu features a wide variety of flavorful dishes, including many vegetarian options. Located on Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis' West Bank, near Washington Avenue and 35W, The Red Sea has a full bar with a daily Happy Hour from 4 to 9 pm. Check our Events page often to find out when your favorite local band or DJ is going to be featured on our stage. We have a state-of-the-art sound system and a large dance floor so you can dance the night away. Just here for the delicious food?
