Our concept is simple, outstanding food, beverage, staff an atmosphere. We serve Spanish, Uruguayan and Japanese inspired tapas. Spanish and Japanese inspired tapas. Dining room and patio. Chef Hiroyuki Terada is showing his kitchen skills that he has learned as a child growing up in Japan and through proper training. He is widely known for his Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef You Tube channel and has gained popularity for documenting his time as a master chef in the high-end Japanese Kansai cooking style.
