Welcome to the home of The Yoga Retreat, Southlake’s very own Yoga studio offering classes to all levels – from beginners to practicing yogis. The Yoga Retreat located in Southlake, TX offers vinyasa yoga classes for all levels. It offers heated and non-heated vinyasa classes for beginners and experienced yogis. The studio has convenient changing areas and showers. Rental mats and towels are available. All the classes taught at the studio maintain the sanctity of power vinyasa yoga. Each posture transitions into another one with breath. We will guide you to connect to your breath, lock your energy and then flow through your yoga practice.The yoga Retreat will also offer YIN Yoga classes, which helps in reducing stress and release tension. This style of yoga increases the blood flow and increases flexibility in the joints.
