The American Music Hall, also known as the American Theater until 1908, was a Broadway venue, on 260 West 42nd street. It was designed by the architect Charles C. Haight, and had a capacity of 2065.It operated from 1893 to 1930. By 1929, it was a burlesque house. The interior was destroyed on December 8, 1930 by fire. It was demolished in 1932.
