The Poughkeepsie Galleria (locally known as The Galleria) is a shopping center on U.S. 9 in the Town of Poughkeepsie, New York, located just north of Wappingers Falls, and is the largest shopping center in Dutchess County. The Galleria has an area of 1,100,000-square-foot (100,000 m2) with two floors containing 140 shops and 14 restaurants as well as a 16-screen, stadium-seating Regal Cinemas theater.The Galleria is owned and managed by The Pyramid Companies, a group who also owns and manages regional sister mall the Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY. The Galleria has adopted the Pyramid corporate "MB-18" teenage curfew policy on Friday and Saturday evenings, a policy that began in September 2005. Anchor stores include Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Macy's, Sears, and Target.
