As a psychologist and men's counselor, I've dedicated my professional life to helping men discover their best lives. My practice is different because I specialize in men’s counseling. Men’s emotional and physical health is not a sideline, but the focus of my practice and the locus of my expertise. Within this specialty, I focus on Anxiety Treatment, Anger Management, Individual Relationship Therapy for Men, Male Depression and Midlife Crisis Treatment, and Executive and Career Coaching. In a nutshell, I help men experience happier, more fulfilled lives by showing them how to reduce stress, improve relationships and find a healthier work/life balance.
