The Köln International School of Design (in short: KISD) is an institution of the Cologne University of Applied Sciences (Technische Hochschule Köln) and offers an interdisciplinary study program in the field of design. In 2002 – eleven years after the Cologne Model of design education was initiated in 1991 – the school was renamed to Köln International School of Design.
