520 Park Avenue is a skyscraper under construction on East 60th Street and Park Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. It was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The building cost US$450 million to build. The building is being developed by developers Arthur and William Lie Zeckendorf of Zeckendorf Development.
