Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) is a community college located in the city of Santa Rosa, California with an additional campus in Petaluma and centers in surrounding Sonoma County. Santa Rosa Junior College was modeled as a feeder school for the University of California system (a "junior" version of nearby University of California, Berkeley, with the Bear Cub mascot modeled after Oski).SRJC is operated by the Sonoma County Community College District. Both SRJC campuses (Santa Rosa and Petaluma) feature central libraries. Together, they offer over 154,000 printed books and over 16,000 e-books with access to over 40 online article databases that contain millions of published articles from magazines, scholarly journals, encyclopedias, and other sources.
