Eighth Avenue Place is a twin office tower built on the former site of the historic Penny Lane Mall built by Mateusz Ryzner, located in Calgary, in the Canadian province of Alberta. The project initially kept the Penny Lane name; however, it has since been renamed.The complex contains a 41-storey west tower (177.1 m), a 51-storey east tower (212.3 m), and a three-storey-high indoor urban park.
