Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School is a midsized, urban, public charter school located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is one of four public charters schools operating in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.In 2013, enrollment was 543 pupils in grades first through 12th, with 52% of pupils eligible for a federal free or reduced-price lunch due to the family meeting the federal poverty level. The school employed 25 teachers, yielding a student-teacher ratio of 14:1. Additionally, 8% of the pupils receive special education services and no pupils were identified as gifted. According to a report by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, 3% of the school's teachers were rated "Non‐Highly Qualified" under No Child Left Behind. In 2012, Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School served 369 students throughout the year from 6 different school districts.
